iPhone App

iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad users can find and arrange rides from anywhere at any time with carpooling.com’s free app. The app combines the capabilities of the iPhone - such as geolocation - with the simple style and intuitiveness of carpooling.com. 

How it works: Enter desired destinations and dates and simply click to show all matching journeys offered by registered users. As soon as the user has found the ride that they want to take, they can easily use the built in functionality to contact the other person directly by text, email or telephone. The carpooling iPhone app can be downloaded for free from the iTunes App Store.

Android App

The Android app from carpooling.com is also free and offers Android smartphone users access to the largest carpooling network in Europe. Users can enter, search, retrieve, edit and book rides at any time using the app. Similar to the iPhone app, the Android app also allows users to connect directly with the driver via a call, text or e-mail. The carpooling Android app can be downloaded for free from the Android Market.

Facebook App

carpooling.com’s Facebook App allows users to connect all their ride sharing activities with their friends through Facebook. The application enables users to see the rides their Facebook friends are offering and requesting, as well as search through the carpooling database directly from the social media website. The carpooling Facebook app is free.
